Stories shape people. Stories shape organizations.
Stories shape the systems that govern our lives.
I uncover the stories people and organizations tell themselves and reveal the ones they've forgotten. I distill lived experience into insight, scholarship, and organizational transformation.
I believe organizations change when they become more reflective, more relationship-centered, and more willing to examine the assumptions that shape their decisions. My work invites leaders and teams to slow down, ask better questions, and see what has been overlooked.
Whether I'm consulting with organizations, conducting qualitative research, speaking to audiences, or sitting behind a podcast microphone, I'm interested in the same question:
What story is shaping this moment, and what becomes possible when we understand it differently?
My work is grounded in trauma-informed principles, reflective practice, and deep curiosity about how people experience systems. Across every setting, I seek to create conversations that lead to greater understanding, stronger relationships, and meaningful organizational transformation.
Because stories don't simply describe our world.
They shape the future we're willing to imagine.
